3 choices:
Press 1 for collect calls,
Press 2 for calling cards or credit
card calls, or
Press 0 (zero) for operator assisted
calls.

to a service bureau who is tariffed
to process intra-state, interstate and
international toll traffic.

Our service bills directly to the callers
utilizing all the billing methods available.
Billing methods include most LEC (local
exchange carrier) calling cards, all
major credit cards (AMEX, Discover,
Diners, MasterCard, Visa), collect,
person to person, and third party person.

MULTILINGUAL SUPPORT -- Our
operators offer multilingual support
including English, French, Italian,
German, Russian, Spanish, Tai, Korean,
Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese,
and Philippine. Spanish support 24 hours

FCC APPROVED RATE PLAN -- We
offer an FCC (Federal Communication
Committee) approved long distance rates
similar to rates charged by most hotel chains in
the US as well as rates charged in most

- WHOLESALE INCENTIVE COMMISSIONS -- If the number of calls processed exceeds 100 per month, you can receive $1 per processed call (e.g. an account can include unlimited ANIs).

Is there a
need to change the current long distance
service?
Our toll free long distance service can be
dialed from any phone and does not require any
changes to the pre-existing long distance
service. It works similar to 1010xxx dialing (in
the US and Canada). This service can be
discontinued at any time without any penalties.

Is there
any cost associated to activate this long
distance service in my rental unit?
No. Callers will be
given options to pay for each call.

What's the
advantage of having a T-Lock installed in my
rental unit?
First of all, having a T-Lock installed is
completely optional. However it is recommended
for 2 main reasons: 1) It provides a security
function that prevents tenants from making
direct long distance calls; and 2) It makes it
easier for tenants to access our toll-free
service, increasing the amount of calls that are
processed, therefore increasing the commissions
and the incentives.
