This lamp is a highly effective air purification and cleaner designed to sterilize, sanitize and deodorize the air flowing thru the evaporator coil and surrounding areas.  It destroys and prevent mold and other microbial growth (e.g. viruses, bacteria, germs, etc) in your A/C duct system.  This 14" UVC bulb emits a germicidal UVC light and put out 253.7NM Which means that they are 99% efficient on a single pass. 
Our energy efficient bulb is designed to last a minimmum of 9,000 hours (~1 year of constant use).  Replacement bulb is available (see our store > UV products)
Bulb is Ozone free (<10mg).

The UV lamp consists of 3 main components:
1) The 14W 14” UV bulb emits a germicidal UVC light that outputs 253.7NM wavelength with 99.9% effectiveness. It’s ozone free, and designed with a lifespan of 9,000 hours (1+ year).
2) The 24VAC Ballast/Power supply is designed to power the bulb 24x7 and features an LED light to monitor the bulb’s lifespan (green light ON = bulb is ON). You will need to connect it to a 24VAC control unit OR use a separate 240V/120V to 24VAC transformer (recommended, not included).
3) The Z-shape magnetic bracket designed for easy installation (attaches to any metal surface in your coil system).

This product is very easy to install; instructions are included. 

Important:  This lamp CANNOT be connected to a 120V power source because it will be damaged instantly, and it will not be covered under our warranty!  If you are not sure how to install it, please hire an electrician!
